
- Quality Management System (ISO 9001). ISO 9001:2008 is an international standard that describes the fundamental principles for the implementation of a Quality Management System that can be incorporated into all businesses irrespective of their size or nature of operations. Through this system the business succeeds in achieving a constant level of product/ service quality, succeeding in customer satisfaction as well as the reduction of the malfunctions in the company operations.
- Health & Safety Management System ISO 45001:2018. ISO 45001:2018 has been built upon BS OHSAS 18001:2007, an international standard that sets the fundamental principles for the implementation of an Occupational Health & Safety Management System that can be incorporated into all businesses irrespective of their size or nature of operations.
- Environmental Management System (ISO 14001). ISO 14001:2004 is an international standard that sets the fundamental principles for the implementation of an Environmental Management System that aims to develop management practices that improve company operations in a way that they become more environmentally friendly, by identifying their environmental aspects and impact and developing actions to reduce in conformance with recognized methods.
- Food Safety Management System ISO 22000. Food supply chain is an important issue throughout the world; fulfilling the standards for assuring food safety in all food chain stages (production, packaging, storage, distribution, transportation), is of paramount importance, not only due to the Greek Legislation requirements that may inflict serious legal consequences but also because any deviation would result in serious effect on sales and catastrophic effect on company brand names.
- Corporate Social Responsibility Management System (SA 8000). Corporate social responsibility or ethics is a term describing practices that are being considered as part of the company policy in order to promote a company image that is no longer solely profit oriented. Contemporary business is a live cell of society’s body in which companies operate. Stakeholders are just as important as stockholders hence the quality of the working environment, the environmentally friendly practices and other societal parameters are considered just as important.The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) system based on the standard SA 8000:2008, documents the policies according to which the company is committed to continuously implement and improve the basic CSR principles pertaining to providing an employee-friendly working environment.
- Security management system for the supply chain (ISO 28000). The Security Management System for the Supply Chain according to the Standard ISO 28000:2007 is applicable to all types of businesses and can cover all types of operations. These principles may be applied to the whole or only part of the company operations, i.e. they can be applied only to the supply chain or exclusively to the physical security of the premises.
- Crisis Management & Business Continuity Planning (BS 25999). Crisis is a special situation in which a business may be involved after an isolated or a chain of events; during this time period the whole or a part of its operations deviates from its planned course. - Lean (Housekeeping & Orderliness) Management System (5S). 5S comes from the initials of five Japanese words: Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke that are freely translated as Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain. The basic principles of this System are “EVERYTHING IN ITS PLACE, A PLACE FOR EVERYTHING”. RMS develops 5S systems according to the needs of each Company independent of the nature of its operations, the size or the employee headcount.
